LASH RULES:
-I highly recommended doing 2 week fills instead of 3+ due to me still being new to lashing! Retention won’t be the best as I’m first start out.-You must have at least 40% of your lashes for it to be considered a fill! If If it is less than that, I will charge you for whatever I feel is fair for the amount of lashes and filling I’m doing.
